Foresight group has acquired Guzman project 50 Mw from Solaer Group, the project is part of a portfolio that SDI group and Solaer are working together since 2016 in Spain and Portugal.
From SDI want to congratulate Solaer group and Foresight for this success, and we are thinking in much very soon.
RCD (Rousaud Costas y Duran) legal and SDI (transaction) were advising SOLAER group.
Foresight Group was advised by DNV (technical) and Osborne Clarke – Madrid office
in the legal side.
